Project manager coordinates the timeline, scheduling the installation and wraparound solutions. The system design is sketched out in the set-up call and we build out the configuration, schedule and user list on the back end. We provide professional Automated Receptionist recordings.

Project manager schedules and manages the cutover, with a remote or on-site installation and testing, so you can keep your business running seamlessly. 

Changes and tweaks to optimize the system, and customized, branded  training assets and presentations turn IT, office managers, and end-users into early adopters of the new system. 

Your project manager will continue to support you, and our tech team is here to help Monday-Friday with system moves, adds, changes, AR updates and troubleshooting.
